Requirements: 1) At least 3 years of experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers 2) Experience TeamLead 3 year + 3) Experience at least 2 years in Node.js 4) Experience at least 2 years ExpressJS/NestJS 5) Experience in relational databases and NoSQL databases 6) At least 2 years of working experience with API development 7) Basic experience with AWS or similar cloud and infrastructural services Spoken English level at least Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities: - Spiritually and technically guide a team to deliver high-quality products in a committed amount of time - Communicate effectively with Product Owner / Product Manager to solve problems and implement solutions - Evaluate tasks, plan sprints, distributes the workload among developers - Constantly develop team's expertise and capabilities - Help to develop a system from Javascript/Node.js/Express side - Perform code reviews
