Requirements and skills: - Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English; - 1 - 1.5 years of managing experience; - Strong business communication skills (verbal, written, presentations); - Initiatives and passion for IT; - Understanding of sales and lead generation best practices and procedures.
Responsibilities: - Making sales - be responsive and motivated to convert hot leads into new customers; - Understanding of ways how and where to attract leads (outside the Upwork); - Understanding which profiles are in demand; - Initiating the first contact with potential clients, load them to a CRM; - Creating and executing effective campaigns and programs that drive engagement with our target prospects/audiences; - Writing bids; - Setting up meetings; - Working with Clutch; - Working with aggregators.
