Requirements:
Experience in IT recruitment 5+ years
Experience as Head of recruitment/team lead 2+ years
Strong knowledge of the recruitment processes, experience in building the function as per company needs
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Structured and proactive approach
Strong can-do attitude, flexibility to changes
Coaching experience
Experience in international recruitment
Advanced English

Responsibilities:
Manage a high-performing recruitment team
Create an L&D roadmap for team development, advise/coach hiring managers
Create and implement metrics, and analyze the efficiency of the recruitment team, come up with the improvement ideas
Develop and implement a team reporting system
Create a sustainable candidates pipeline
Global job market research and analysis
Ownership of full-cycle recruitment for key positions/projects, international vacancies
