Tecor are the experts in transforming business processes and implementing innovative IT solutions.

And now Tecor is searching for Event manager to join the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as an Event Manager in online digital projects;
• Experience in organizing events: from concept development to event reporting;
• Experience in communication with clients and partners;
• Knowledge of English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Stress tolerance, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to make quick decisions, and sociability.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with partners and customers;
• Search and negotiate agreements with contractors for events (hotels, airlines, venues, staff);
• Organizing events: developing the concept and roadmap of the event, drawing up budgets, plans, and payments and strictly following them, monitoring the event, and reporting the results;
• Coordination of work with the manager and other departments of the company;
• Attracting guests and sponsors, generating proposals;
• Inviting journalists and writing press releases.
