YozmaTech is a fast-growing company that is a leading outsourcing center in software development and IT solutions for first-class technological companies and start-ups in Israel.

Requirements:
2 years experience in a diverse range of marketing (brand management, HRM, SMM);
Ability to enter new markets using HRM tools;
Strong understanding of key marketing concepts, such as market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, branding;
SEO and email marketing understanding and following;
KPI oriented;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
English: intermediate strong at least both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an HRM strategy for different markets;
Responsible for candidates lead generation;
Retention activities and implementation of refferal system;
Content marketing proven experience;
PR and corporate communications;
Creating valuable marketing content;
Community and event management;
Creating monthly and quarterly reports.
