We are looking for a specialist for the position of Product Manager, who will do everything possible to continuously improve the product at every stage of its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Together with the technical team, develop the functionality of the platform for effective “Retention” of users by means of sending relevant content through different channels: e-mail, web push, push mobile, messengers.
• Creation and automation of trigger chains, multichannel messages.
• Defining and configuring the collection of all key metrics, conducting and interpreting A/B tests.
• Formation of a backlog for the technical team, determination of priority, and potential of tasks.
• Building a roadmap for the product development of a job aggregator.
• Responsibility for the retention of applicants.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the past decisions.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in the position of Product Manager.
• Evidence-based experience in the implementation of product management objectives, preferably related to audience retention or engagement.
• Understanding of product metrics.
• Experience with recommendation systems, algorithms, sending recommendations via e-mail and messengers and push notification.
• Experience in interacting with a technical team, experience in writing a technical specification or User story, experience in setting tasks for PD, understanding the basics of SCRUM and the principles of Agile.
• Data-driven approach to product development.
• Experience with user retention mechanics.
• Experience in running large-scale A/B tests.
