We have over 4,500 customers and work with big brands such as Hilton, Nandos and Ikea. These companies depend on BrightLocal to help them improve their local online performance to deliver greater traffic & new customers.
Responsibilities
- Develops high performing, self-managing teams that are driving the BrightLocal products forward to meet the needs of our customers
- Ensures your teams have a clear pathway for development. You proactively help remove blockers, facilitate conversations and work closely with the - Product Managers to ensure clarity on the product backlog.
- Facilitates highly effective scrum ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Tracks deliverables in-sprint and drives the team to achieve sprint goals and 100% sprint completion
- Consistently evaluates progress and performance, using learnings to proactively help teams and individuals improve efficiencies
- Inspires the teams to improve speed and quality of discovery and delivery
- Takes ownership for identifying and communicating potential risks or issues
early and takes steps to mitigate them
- Actively encourages cross-team collaboration and sharing of knowledge
- Participates as a member of our Product Development Leadership Group, which is responsible for ensuring joined up thinking and collaboration between all product and development teams.
