Main Responsibilities: • Improve internal processes and marketing strategies connected to retention, and Email Marketing management; • Track and report on main goals including promotion channels, Bonus campaigns, Other Promotions, and Newsletters; • Execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience; • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns; • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
