About the position: We are looking for a billing specialist who will monitor and manage billing issues arising from our customers` experience. We expect him/her to provide us with guidance in the complex cases with our customers and eagerness to bear responsibility over monitoring of the billing metrics.
Responsibilities: — Monitoring and support of the core billing metrics; — Development of strategy and flows for improvement of core billing metrics; — Management of chargeback and refund cases; — Providing guidance to internal teams (e.g., Customer Support) on management of billing issues; — Developing and implementation of fraud prevention practices for product; — Analysis and prevention of fraud/other risky customer behavior patterns.
