Рашисти квапляться прив’язати жителів Херсонщини до російського рубля.

Пролунала чергова заява агресора про намір ввести з 01 травня 2022 року на тимчасово окупованій частині Херсонщини «рублеву зону». В окупаційній владі заявили, що «перехідний період» займе до 4-х місяців. Упродовж цього часу будуть приймати і рублі і гривні, а потім в обороті будуть виключно рублі.

Рашистська орда з одного боку вводить російську валюту, а з іншого боку наражає жителів Херсонщини на голод, блокуючи гуманітарну допомогу, яку намагаються доставити на тимчасово окуповану територію області та вивозить зерно й продукти харчування до рф.

Введення російського рубля в Херсонщині є актом анексії та черговим грубим порушенням рф статті 2 Статуту ООН і Декларації про принципи міжнародного права, що стосуються дружніх відносин та співробітництва між державами згідно із Статутом ООН 1970 р.

Звертаюсь до Комісії ООН з розслідування прав людини під час військового вторгнення рф в Україну врахувати ці факти порушень рф прав людини в Україні.

The rashists are in a hurry to tie the people of Kherson region to the russian ruble.

Another statement of the aggressor about the intention to introduce a "ruble zone" on May 1, 2022 in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region was made. The occupation authorities said that the "transition period" would take up to 4 months. At this time, both rubles and hryvnias will be accepted, and then only rubles will be in circulation.

The rashist horde, on the one hand, is introducing russian currency and, on the other hand, is starving the people of Kherson by blocking humanitarian aid, which they are trying to deliver to the temporarily occupied territory of the region and exporting grain and food to Russia.

The introduction of the russian ruble in the Kherson region is an act of annexation and another gross violation of Article 2 of the UN Charter and the Declaration of Principles of International Law on Friendly Relations and Cooperation between States under the UN Charter of 1970.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of human rights violations in Ukraine.
