We can already interact with electronic devices using text and voice, the next step is immersive
In the near future we will communicate with telephones, computers, machines and metaworlds in the same way we communicate with people: using not only words or letters, but also looks, touches, gestures, facial expressions or emotions. And even more, with our thoughts. Immersive interfaces allow us to do this.
Imagining human interaction with the virtual world, we still remember scenes from old sci-fi movies like "Johnny Mnemonic" or "Special Opinion": using a virtual reality helmet and tactile gloves, the hero moves some blocks in the digital space. That's probably not exactly how it's going to look.
