Cocaine found in White House - white powder found near Biden's office

Cocaine has been found in the White House, causing the U.S. president's residence to be evacuated on Sunday, Reuters reports. According to NBC News, the white powder was found in the west wing of the White House, adjacent to Biden's suite. The west wing also houses the famous Oval Office as well as the US president's press centre.

Security guards at the building found suspicious powder in a small bag. It was later identified as cocaine. At the same time, American journalists emphasise that the US president was not in Washington at the time. However, whether Biden's drug-addicted son was in the White House on Sunday is not reported.
