REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent English skills. Required level: Upper-Intermediate, Advanced.
• Financial Services, Customer Support related experience
• Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Customer focused
• Results oriented personality

• Problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Customers
• Communicating with Customers through the different channels
• Responding promptly to Customer inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving Customer complaints
• Processing Customer`s applications
• Follow companies procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to deliver the best Customer support
