Digital Marketing Manager, FROGWARES

Founded in 2000, Frogwares is an independent gamedev studio, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Thanks to the cooperative work of talented teams, our games are available for major platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox series X, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Best known for the popular Sherlock Holmes series, we aim to create immersive single-player experiences that stay with players after they put down the gamepad. With millions of players worldwide, Frogwares continues to develop a rich portfolio for the new generation of gamers.

Responsibilities:
— Take a leadership role in the development, execution, and optimization of all digital advertising activities in accordance with the established sales funnel;
— Study the functionality of the main video game storefronts such as Steam and PS Store and advise on improving the performance of our titles;
— Support marketing beats such as game trailers with paid advertising campaigns on social media and YouTube;
— Utilize a variety of digital marketing tools such as Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, and Pixel tracking to pinpoint target audiences for promotional campaigns;
— Take an active part in the development of relevant creative assets in cooperation with various internal departments such as graphic designers and cinematic artists;
— Help maintain multiple Google Data Studio dashboards and WordPress-powered websites;
— Suggest recommendations for improving our marketing communication channels in accordance with the best practices;
— Help organize and promote Frogwares’ games at international events as needed;

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in gamedev is a huge plus Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
— Good knowledge of digital and social marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc.;
— Good understanding of digital targeting, research, analytics, and social media behavior;
— Interest in learning main videogame storefronts, such as Steam, PS Store and their marketing techniques;
— Experience in SMM is preferable Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
— Good command of English (B2 or higher);
— Entertainment or video game industry experience is preferable;
— Passion for the internet and gaming culture is a huge plus.
