We develop our own products in a social network/lifestyle. Our products operate primarily in Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia and are in the Top 5 App Store rankings in their categories.

Responsibilities:
— run performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display Network);
— track, report and analyze campaigns in depth by understanding the core problems/drivers of change;
— run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights;
— work closely with Software Engineering team to create automated solutions;
— test new alternative traffic sources to diversify user acquisition channels.

Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience in performance marketing;
— experience with Google Ads ecosystem: UAC, Search, Display Network, Youtube;
— be familiar with GTM and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase Console, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.), be able to tune the analytical system;
— level of knowledge of English - Advanced (other languages are a plus);
— strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and own projects from beginning to the end;
— self-starter, motivated, can-do attitude;
— strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Will be a plus:
— Big 4 experience;
— Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, analytics, or related area of study;
— experience with Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, Social Networks.
