Employee Experience Specialist at iDeals | Remote Hi there!
We are iDeals — a fast-growing B2B SaaS product company specializing in secure business collaboration software. Our team of more than 250 people works in different countries around the globe.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Employee Experience Specialist (Ukraine or Poland — remote) who will build a holistic approach around engagement and well-being, enabling employees to have a voice and be at their best.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:• Administering and supporting the Employee Experience (EE) platform along with People/ Pulse/Engagement surveys;
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company on employee engagement projects and initiatives.
• Regularly monitoring the success criteria, market trends, and practices to suggest program improvements;
• Conducting offboarding interviews.
• Participating in the recognition program creation, development, and implementation at the company along with Employee journey design;
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:• Min 3+ years in several HR areas (e.g., People Partner, HRBP);
• Fluency in English (C1-C2);
• Experience running employee engagement and on/offboarding programs;
• Strong survey design skills;
• Profound project management skills;
• Experience with HRIS. Experience implementing HRIS would be an advantage;
