Responsibilities:
· create media strategies and plans to communicate events in Ukraine and abroad, including TV, written media, Internet publications, social networks etc.
· draft press releases for foundation and it’s projects including but not limited to PinchukArtCentre, YES, national projects in Ukrainian, Russian and English
· create media partnerships with Ukrainian and international media on events of the foundation;
· keep contact with Ukrainian and international journalists on level of editors and of writers to ensure trust-based media relations and communicate the mission and activities of foundation and its projects convincingly and successfully
· monitor media coverage of events, continuously improve coverage based on data-driven, fact-based approach
· monitor website numbers for foundation and it’s projects, continuously improve numbers based on data-driven, fact-based approach
· create the annual report of the foundation and potentially other reports
· in case of need of work with Ukrainian or international partner agencies (PR, strategy, digital etc.), analyze available potential partners, suggest choice based on a thorough comparison, implement cooperation with agency to ensure effective work,
· draft, or contribute to drafting of talking points, speeches and other texts upon request
· contribute to communication of projects supported by the foundation upon request
· draft budgets, implement cost-saving implementation,
· coordinate work of the communications team together with representative of the foundation board responsible for communication
· report to representative of the board responsible for communication.
