Очікують:
- 3+ years of proven experience with managing all phases of the recruitment (recruiting/sourcing) and hiring process;
- 2-3+ years of experience managing the recruitment team;
- High proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques;
- In-depth understanding and experience of sourcing tools: Boolean/X-ray search, experience with social media recruiting (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, UpWork, and other related US and Ukrainian market job/candidate search resources);
- General and professional computer proficiency and tools; e.g., MS Office, specifically Excel, G- Suite, ATS, Boolean search, etc.;
- Experience using ATS, Breezy HR is highly preferred;
- Multitasking ability: we expect you to own and close multiple positions simultaneously;
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
- Experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus;
- A proactive, flexible approach to work, can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to seek creative solutions to problems as they arise;
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization;
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any of the listed disciplines: psychology, management, economy, or sociology would be a benefit.

Обов'язки:
- Manage the team of 2-3+ recruiters/sourcers to source, screen, and interview potential hires;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process: pro-actively source candidates, perform background checks, employee eligibility verification, etc.;
- Be hands-on: sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for the open roles;
- Work closely with top management, department heads, and the recruiting team for hiring talents and optimizing recruitment systems;
- Answering and overseeing the management of correspondence;
- Maintain accurate records of active job openings and received applications, manage internal and external job postings, and interview applicants to assess skills and qualifications for current and or future opportunities;
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in recruiting, and talent management;
- Other duties may be assigned as the position and company evolve.
