Обов'язки: — Search for passive candidates through a variety of sourcing tools — Utilize preliminary screening guides according to vacancies requirements, redirect the most qualified candidates to the Recruiter — Take part in recruiting processes, helping our Recruiting team to attract the best IT-professionals — Update and maintain data in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse — Take part in recruitment-related researches and events — Promote the company’s reputation as “the best place to work” — Ensure a great candidate experience for all applicants
