Today is a birthday of a Ukrainian ballet dancer Serge Lifar.
An artist was born in Kyiv in 1905 but had to emigrate to France because of world war I.

In Paris, Serge became an outstanding dancer, choreographer, and tutor.
Here's is a part of the performance "Suite en Blanc" (Suite in White) choreographed by Lifar.

Art conquers all
Here is a man playing cello in Kharkiv, a big city in the northeast of Ukraine. The city has been heavily bombed from the first days of the war.
The musician is playing in the middle of the ruins of his homeland.

This Saturday, we will play out second concert in Barcelona as an act of support of Ukraine.

80% of the ticket cost will go to the Ukrainian humanitarian aid organizations.

Marina Abramović is back with one of her most notable performances — The Artist is in Present.
Twelve years ago, 1500 people came to the Museum of Modern Art to sit across from the artist. This time Abramović opened an auction to bet for 3 winning places. All funds will go to Direct Relief’s efforts focused on Ukraine.
