Responsibilities:
The key and main responsibility is to fulfill the need in closing a growing number of new vacancies. Recruiting and staffing of software engineering roles is a critical component of our growth strategy. We see there will be the following activities to be done, but not limited to:
- Organize and execute the whole recruiting process to fulfil company recruiting goals;
- Plan and execute development of Recruiting as business function
- Constantly search and introduce new ways of recruiting process improvement;
- Manage our in-house recruiting team and outside recruitment partners;
- Teach, mentor and coach recruiters to constantly increase their skills and performance;
- Act as a problem solver and driver to resolve critical issues and bottlenecks related to recruiting process;
- Collaborate and efficiently communicate with Service Delivery, Technology, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance teams to fulfil the overall company goals;
- Act as an INSART Brand Ambassador;
- Provide detailed statistics to the Leadership team on recruitment performance;
- Collaborate within Leadership team in the form of consensus decision making (CEO and heads of all departments);
- Report directly to the CEO (plan, results, lessons learned).
Skillset Requirements:
We have spent a few hours with the leadership team to work out this list based on who we want to join our team, so this is not just a copy-paste list from another one similar vacancy:
- Recruiting experience in IT 5+ years; including skills in Sourcing, Interviewing, Headhunting, Executive Search, Technical Recruiting, Recruiting strategy, People Analytics;
- Experience in large company (500+ people) 1+ years;
- 2+ years of managerial experience;
- Experience and deep expertise working with Ukrainian IT & software engineers community;
- Experience in establishing, maintaining and optimizing business processes;
- Experience in data-driven optimization of recruiting processes;
- Experience in teaching, mentoring and/or coaching recruiters;
- Experience with building efficient teams;
- Experience with up-to-date software tools for recruiting process management (including data-driven analytics and decision making);
- Understanding of the Candidate lifecycle;
- Efficient time management skills;
- Creative mindset in solving non-typical tasks;
- Risk management skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly;
- Leadership skills;
- Able to take full responsibility for Recruiting business function in company;
- Honesty;
- Self-learner and self-development;
- Demanding to others;
- Ability to convey a thought;
- Ability to understand people, their goals and interests, a high level of empathy;
- Stress tolerance and ready to work under stress;
- English (written) - at least Intermediate level;
- Ukrainian, Russian - fluent;
- Experience with non-Ukrainian IT & software engineers communities will be a plus.
