- You are a great communicator, and you speak English (as well as literate Ukrainian and Russian).

- You want to do your best to find room for improvements.
- You are a friendly, open-minded person and a born-troubleshooter.

Обов'язки:
- Create an effective search and attract the best talents for open and future vacancies
- Active search for qualified candidates according to the vacancies requirements using relevant channels
- Screen and select candidates
- Schedule interviews and conduct video screens
- Maintain internal database (we are using Crew)
- Participate in other projects e.g. branding events, job market analyses and reviews etc.
