Очікують:
- 0.5-3 years of proven Talent Sourcing/IT recruitment experience
- Strong communication and copy skills
- Deep and practical knowledge of best sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruitment process
- Basic knowledge of product development life cycle
- Experience with non-tech roles: marketing, design, and product
- Experience in conducting phone screening or HR interviews
- B2 English

Обов'язки:
- Develop and constantly improve sourcing strategy within tech, marketing, design, and product roles
- Search and Identify relevant candidates within target companies and engage them
- Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing: work with ATS to ensure high standards of efficiency
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
- Work with the team on job descriptions and messaging
- Partner up with a Hiring team to attract the best talents for open and future vacancies
- Suggest improvements and add value to the talent acquisition process at all stages
