Очікують:
- At least 6 months of experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer
- Good research skills, experience in Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of relevant IT job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels
- General understanding of the Full Recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability
- English level - B1

Обов'язки:
- Sourcing candidates with different channels and resources like (Linkedin, Djinni, Social Media, etc.)
- Screening candidate’s profiles and CVs according to requirements
- Initial communication with candidates, scheduling calls
- Update and maintain data in our ATS - CleverStaff
