Baykar has unveiled the second prototype of the Bayraktar Kizilelma ("Red Apple") supersonic strike drone. The UAV is equipped with a jet engine and an advanced artificial intelligence system. A minimum runway length is sufficient for takeoff (the drone is capable of launching from the deck of a light aircraft carrier).

Kizilelma is planned to be produced at the plant that Baykar is going to build in Ukraine. The first flight of the UAV is planned for 2023.
