IIR Team for Price Media Law Moot Court Competition will be coached by Paziuk Andrii Valeriiovych (Пазюк Андрій Валерійович), associate professor at International Law chair of IIR, doctor of law, who specializes in international cyber and communications law.

About Moot Court:
Price Media Law Moot Court Competition was established in 2008. It has two stages: regional and international rounds. Teams from Ukraine compete in North East Regional Rounds. Normally, international rounds are carried out in Oxford, but previous edition was held online.
Up to now, Rules of the competition are not available, however, participants-to-be can acquaint themselves with case and basic documents by link https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/content/cases-and-rules.

Team: Typically, team includes up to 5 participants.

Price: We are not yet informed about the registration price, but in the previous year it was £400. The traveling costs (if there will be any traveling this year of course) are covered by organizers.

2021-08-20 16:06:54 ​​Moot Court Society of Institute of Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Junior Arbitration League are delighted to present Arbitration Boot Camp - the educational course composing of series of lectures and practical exercises dedicated to the basics of international arbitration

The course will be held for two weeks from 13 to 26 September 2021.

The deadline for your registration application is 3 September 2021.

Language of the course - English

Arbitration Boot Camp is a great opportunity for you to find out what arbitration is and how it works. You will go through the path of arbitration basics being guided by well-regarded and experienced arbitration practitioners, who will be happy to share with you their knowledge and different practical insights.

Unfortunately, the rapidly changing epidemiological situation does not leave other choices to us - all the lectures and practical exercises will be held online. But hey, there is an obvious advantage of this format - you can join us regardless of your location!

What is more important, at the end of Arbitration Boot Camp we plan to run an offline simulation of the arbitration hearing in Kyiv. During this simulation, each interested participant will be able to take on the role of one of the arbitration hearing participants and receive a unique experience commonly unavailable to young arbitration lawyers.
